Introduction

We are testing the register portion of this website. For this reason you will need to use your email address in order to complete the process. Tasks

1. Register for an account as a chef.

Comments: All 4s once she decided to register at the 8 min point. Overall she enjoyed it. She absolutely did not want to give her email so she didn't start the registration until 8 minutes into the video when she realized she needed to do so to actually complete the tasks.

Comments: Overall 3 for navigations. Overall 4. 48 mins! She is by far the longest video. Doesn't like giving her address for the digital subscription (reason for the first three). Like every other user, she was stuck on the password reset due to response time. I skipped forward, because she got confused with the User Testing interface and started to repeat a number of steps. Confirmed that she had email reset issue. Her email also did goto spam, once it was sent.
